"Sound unto me, O God," It must be our request and cry, and this cry the man Adam must make to the Lord God so that he can understand and receive the safe direction of the project of salvation: “Guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation; ...” (Psalms 25: 5a) so that there may be fear before the Lord God for the truth of the divine teachings of proper nourishment of the body and soul in Christ Jesus. “Guide me in your truth and teach me”, must be a constant request in sanctification of our spirit (heart) by the knowledge of the proper nourishment of the body and soul every day of our lives “For you are the God of my salvation. ”

Man even knows the truth, but never wants to admit in his spirit (heart) to evaluate his errors, so he must constantly cry to the Lord God “and knows my heart,” For it is the hard spirit (heart) of man Adam who by his weak nature mirrored in the desire of the eyes that need transformation; "Taste me, and know my thoughts", the thoughts are fed by the desires of the eyes, and both awaken the desire for the manger, which together promote the error of food and sin, so man Adam must know how to seek and how to guide himself to achieve the proper feeding of the body and soul, “and see if there is any evil way in me” it is the wrong thoughts and decisions about the nourishment of the body and soul that divert man Adam from salvation.

And this is where Adam resides and dwells. The subjects that are being addressed in all the content about the nourishment of the body and soul are simple guidelines and teachings of the eternal divine design, for they are the foundations of the principles of the trinity creator, savior and life-giving, and the core of this project is based on the eternal rock the Lord Jesus the way to truth and life in the eternal divine design by the proper feeding of the body and soul by the divine principles of Jesus: “For you are my rock and my fortress; therefore, for your name’s sake, guide me and guide me. Get me out of the net they hid for me, for you are my strength. ” (Psalms 31: 3, 4).

From this comes the question. Why was there a bad way in the life of man Adam? Getting away from Jesus the fruit of the tree of life and not accepting the word and teachings of the Lord, led to disobedience by the proper nourishment of the body and soul. And this led to the evil way, turning away from the word, even the man Adam being and walking daily with the Lord Jesus the Lord of Glory. The word reveals that both a body Adam could not discern the revealed words; “For you are my rock and my fortress. ”

Man Adam from the beginning has difficulty discerning and evaluating the word of the Lord God who is the Lord Jesus, "For thy name's sake lead me and guide me. ” The man may even try, but always err by underestimating the word of the LORD, and therefore he must ask the Lord God for help; “Get me out of the net that they hid for me, for you are my strength. ” Man Adam must admit daily and confess in his spirit (heart) to the need to seek in life the way of truth and life in Christ Jesus: "Lord, lead me in thy righteousness, because of mine enemies: set your way before me. ” (Psalm 5: 8).

This is why man must cry to the LORD "Sound unto me, O God," man must confess in his spirit (heart) that he cannot without the help of the Holy Spirit evaluate the word which is the Lord Jesus. And so the word “He guided me in your righteousness” is the key word that should be used with fear and faith in our prayers in a constant cry of submission and guidance, “guide me” O LORD to thy wonderful presence with thy magnificent majesty and glory. This is a mystery revealed in the divine word to preserve our lives; "Lord, lead me in thy righteousness because of mine enemies; set your way before me." so that I can enjoy the proper nourishment of the body and soul for my salvation.

In this word "He guided me in your righteousness because of my enemies" is the shielding of the spirit (heart) and victory over evil, this must be the goal of man, seek in the word “He guided me in your righteousness” forces to fight evil, and, that this challenge all man Adam may overcome with humility to admit in his spirit (heart) his weak and sinful state in which he finds himself, and, accepting that only the word revealed by the Holy Spirit of the Lord God, “He guided me in your righteousness” may help human weak nature to get him out of “bad way”, in unceasingly crying with fear to the Lord God begging "and lead me on the eternal path. ”

Man through the centuries and millennia, and yet on the day called today and now has not properly understood the Lord Jesus' plan for salvation, and does not recognize the divine plan of the nourishment of the body and soul prepared by the Lord. Man Adam must in the day called today and now, and now is, and not tomorrow recognize that it is only by the word of the Lord God that he will find salvation, and also the perfect guide of the best food program of Genesis, and these teachings and guidelines of the Lord God for man Adam will only occur through the Lord Jesus.

Even for many men with faith and with many experiences lived in the presence of the Lord Jesus, and who know and with fear practice the word of the Lord God, do not know and seek with their own reason to feed outside the design of the Lord God, and there are many men of faith who do not even desire to know that they exist on the part of the Lord. God guidelines on the proper feeding of the body and soul, these men consume wrong foods by ignorance and out of the feeding guidelines of the word of the Lord God: “ My people have been destroyed, because they lacked knowledge; for you have rejected knowledge, and I will also reject you.” (Osea 4: 6a).

By the wrong feeding of the divine project they discover after years that food (manjares) is harmful to their health, and that the use of these foods outside of divine guidance thus brought to themselves a sequence of malaise to their own lives and health. And until the discovery of this error occurs there are already sequelae and many irreversible due to feeding with manners contrary to the word of the LORD, and this is all the truth that man Adam must grasp and face daily in the day called today and now.

As in the mistake of not seeking in the word of the Lord God to the guidelines that are in all the sacred scripture about his own salvation, man Adam of today and now also erred equally by failing to seek knowledge of receiving by the same word of the LORD a complete guide of the perfect foods for the body of the creation of Genesis. Foods that still today and now will change their lives to a daily food welfare, and in both situations was the lack of knowledge of the word: “Thus says the Lord, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: I am Yahweh, your God, who teaches you what is useful and guides you on the way you must walk. Ah! If you'd listened to my commandments! ...” (Isaiah 48: 17, 18a).

By lack of knowledge man Adam harms his body and soul by letting his well-being continue in the eternal food project offered by the LORD. And just as the word reveals and teaches: “I am the Lord, your God, who teaches you what is useful and guides you in the way you must walk. ” We can affirm by the word in Isaiah, and without fear of making mistakes that it was by the error of the disobedience of eating with the first couple Adam and the consequences of this feeding error that sin occurred, but it would not have occurred if both had heard the teachings of the word; “Ah! If you had listened to my commandments!" For free will in a body both Adam occurred the eating disobedience of the body and soul, and that continued with all men Adam born on the face of the whole earth:

"And seeing the woman that tree was good to eat, and pleasing in the eyes, and a tree desirable to give understanding, she took of her fruit, and ate, and gave also to her husband, and he ate with her. So, both eyes were opened,... .” (Genesis 3: 6, 7a).
