Before man Adam found no obstacles to food, the earth produced with plenty all kinds and food groups necessary for food: Grains, beans, pods (leguminous), nuts, seeds, potatoes (all tubers, all foods ordered before sin in the garden of Eden), cereals, vegetables, fruits, herbs and spices. Therefore, man Adam only caught them without the need to cultivate them, and bow down; harvesting in the pure and natural way food as offered by God in the divine creation at the beginning of Genesis: “ And the earth brought forth grass, and herb gave seed according to its kind, and the fruitful tree, whose seed is in it according to its kind. And God saw that it was good.” (Genesis 1:12).

“ And God saw that it was good”, But the man Adam left, the “that was good” the pure food that God directed toward their food, and traded them for food on which there was a guidance not to eat: “... Did you eat from the tree I ordered you not to eat? ” (Genesis 3: 11b).

But even by deception by man's desire Adam the Lord God, by his infinite love and mercy again made available a new way to feed, and to keep the body alive with its primary and essential needs; God would teach man a new way of survival.

The Lord God taught man Adam in detail what food would be from that moment on. Everything would be different, seeking food itself would be very difficult in this new phase of life that began in the condition of sinful man. Cultivating the foods of Genesis the way the Lord God was teaching conditioned to physical effort, would bring a natural wear to the body, and with pain every day of life would produce his food with the sweat of his own face: ”... with pain you will eat of it all the days of your life. ” (Genesis 3: 17c).

From these guidelines on the search for food the main knowledge that we must understand transmitted by the Lord God, is that: nothing was by chance in the area of man's food, and that the main project of the Lord God was to the continuity of man's life Adam. The continuity of man's life is revealed in the unconditional and immeasurable love that God has for man Adam as the center of divine creation, the perfection of every form of life created, the only divine being with free will, and created the image and likeness of the Lord God.

The unconditional love of the Lord God and of Jesus allowed the only perfect plan to save the man Adam who is bowed down by the burden of his sin. Feeding to survive with your daily needs in sin, and keeping the body, and the healthy mind and spirit was now a daily and constant challenge. Free will by the principle of choice, the desire and human will, allowed man to lose the first glory of having lived the first moments of the beginning of creation in the paradise of Eden with God, with Jesus and his Holy Spirit: “ IN THE PRINCIPLE was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was at first with God. All things were done by him, and without him nothing of what was done was done.” (John 1:1,2,3).
