Seven illustrated pictures are the seven days of the week and all identical in its content. They all contain the three principles that concern the conduct of our lives in these seven-day principles of the week. The eighth painting is the legend. You can be sure man Adam who is the red sea opening up in his life, for the word teaches us by saying: “ Teach us to count our days, so that we may reach wise hearts. ” (Psalms 90: 12).
All seven paintings contain four interior frames, and out of these four, the three superior boards are the foundations of truth for your life within a well-being project linked to the use of the three principles.

These are the bases of guidance on the use of food, activities and products of the pure nature of the Lord, and in this sequence and order. But all have a common purpose and purpose, their use as a means of perfecting for your human well-being Adam by applying these three basic principles in his life, but always determined and planned with the Lord Jesus, and, these are the basis of the project for the nourishment of the body and soul: “I tell you that you do not know what will happen tomorrow. Why, what is our life? It's a steam that comes up for a while, and then fades away. ” (James 4: 17).
And it is on the basis of this truth through these three principles that the reading of the book brings important information to our life as man Adam, always with the intention and desire to offer and guide man to seek wisely to achieve his well-being, with spiritual and bodily health, and through a deep and uninterrupted search for understanding and fear of the Lord God.

Spiritual well-being is seeking salvation and eternal life. But the bodily well-being is also to live with the dignity and purpose for which man Adam was created by the Lord God, being like the temple of the Holy Spirit, of which we must guard with all fear and respect the greatness of the Lord God for the main purpose of his divine creation, for the word says: “Who knows the power of your anger? And your anger, according to the fear due to you? ” (Psalms 90: 11).

Does man Adam, the one who actually seeks daily to apply divine fear, be free to experience “the power of your anger?” Yes! Man Adam receives infinite wisdom and knowledge from the Lord God, and the possibility of understanding the wonders of perfection of creation. And at the same time he receives the offering of the nourishment of the body and the soul by the divine principles of Jesus*: “The principle of wisdom is: Acquire wisdom; yes, with all that you possess, acquire knowledge." (Proverbs 4:7)
