The water is at the base of the food ladder as shown in the illustrative drawing below. It is the foundation and the greatest food principle existing on the face of all mankind. And, it is this same water as an example typified by the glasses of the illustrated drawing which is the water we should drink according to the number of cups as shown in the illustration, this water is also food. Water besides being also food is also the basis of the preparation of any and all principles of food preparation.
Water is present and is present in the formation of all food, and in all types of food in humanity which are also exemplified by illustrative symbols along the seven columns of the food ladder of the first principle.
