All activities are proposed for a well-being and health in all forms of your life today, and continuing by your own free will the continuous search for communion with the Holy Spirit of the Lord to attain with the Lord Jesus to eternity, and the basis of this is the truth of the Word of the Lord God, the Bible, which is the greatest, and the best and most perfect instruction manual that exists as the word affirms*: "For the word of God is alive and effective, and more penetrating than a two-edged sword," (Hebrews 4: 12a).

You must understand and accept that the Bible and the sacred scriptures contained in them are true; and, it is known to all that the word of the Lord God the Bible is the most read book in the world, thus also as guidance manual there is nothing more superior “and effective, and more penetrating” that the word of God which is Jesus to bring us guidance for our daily well-being through these three principles addressed above. With these statements we must understand and accept that the word must be sought with diligence and fear, and the Bible be used in a daily reading with desire for its teachings to our hearts, and ask for revelation to the Lord Jesus through his Holy Spirit in everything he reads, so that from this search in reading the understanding of this knowledge will be achieved for his well-being.

We must make use of this treasure and seek it with reading it, is alive and effective, and believe for his own well-being in all that is contained in the word of God which is Jesus, and, believing, this would lead us to full integration with the teachings of the word. This training will give us understanding and will be for our own salvation, but also for the experience of our physical body in food, activities and pure nature, we must be determined to plan our daily life in Jesus, and, constantly in the word of God, we must confess to Jesus in our spirit and to ourselves at all times and in all days of our lives that we are nothing without the guidance of the word of God which is Jesus.
