The Lord Jesus says in his word: “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. ” (Revelation 22: 13).
Jesus is the only one who has managed with his activities to reach the center of God's project and with his result save man, these being the affirmations, “I am the Alpha and the Omega,” the words of a true athlete with the most challenging and the greatest proof that mankind can ever see, and to see it carried out only by a man Jesus Christ man, and who would really be the first and last, in a challenge that no man has ever succeeded, not at first and least at the end, the “Alpha and Omega,”, the Lord Jesus.
The Lord Jesus during his ministry had to bite in his teeth, and just as an athlete, his trajectory was not easy, it was challenging, proved until crucifixion, the final line.
Jesus knew about the cross of Calvary, and as an athlete he overcame all existing obstacles and trials; and the cross the greatest asset for humanity, and Jesus the greatest international athlete that ever existed in the world, there will never be another equal. "Thou hast prepared before the face of all peoples; Light to light the nations,...” (Luke 2: 31 32a).
