The first frame contains the figure of three golden gears interconnected by the upper gear, represented by the golden color of the sun, meaning the energy and heat irradiated from the sun directly over all foods we will call regulatory foods, thus typified by the figure of the three golden gears.
These foods all come from planting and cultivation in which there was not after harvest a process of transformation of their original characteristic, are also called primary food producers, in them are all forms of vegetables, vegetables, legumes, vegetables and all varieties of fruit, in addition to all cereals and grains harvested, these, without going through the process of transformation or human manipulation or by the animals through the food ingested by them, in the latter processed into other foods of animal origin.
