In this way we can understand that the Lord God introduced these food principles into our lives not by chance, but so that we can live with well-being, for he created and perfected us: “Thy hands have made me, and have loved me: give me understanding, that I may learn thy commandments. ” (Psalm 119:73).

The hands of God made us, so we should ask for understanding to walk according to his commandments and his eating principles, and his teachings on our body to care for him to: “... that you present your bodies in a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God,...” (Romans 12:1b).

And this is not difficult, for this we must understand only that the principle of food of the Lord God is pure and natural food, where there was no interference and manipulation of transformation. And turning away our desires from the foods that are desirable to eat and pleasing to the eyes: “... was good to eat, and pleasing to the eyes,...” (Genesis 3:6a).

With this understanding we will have taken a great step toward understanding and walking in these God’s eating principles. For sin in the world entered by man’s desire and gluttony, not by prostitution or murder, but by stealing what belonged to the Lord God, namely: “But from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it;...” (Genesis 2: 17a) and this occurred for gluttony and desire: “... and tree desirable to give understanding, ...” (Genesis 3:6b).

These words of the above account teach us that we must be afraid by the feeding teachings of the Lord God, for the “understanding” comes only by knowledge of its principles and not by ours “desires”, food may be desirable, but it is useless for our body, for the Lord God clearly describes in his word: “For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but of the world.” (1 John 2: 16). And this happens daily in our lives when we have no knowledge and use wrong foods, so we must seek in the knowledge of the word the correct teachings on food and apply the principles of God, his creative wisdom in our daily lives. The Lord God gives us statutes as we see:

“... there he gave them statutes and an ordination, and there he proved them. And he said, If ye hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and do that which is right before his eyes, and incline thine ears to his commandments, and keep all my statutes,...” (Exodus 15:25b and 26a).

The reports of this book and the system of the Deplanbook website want to demonstrate in a practical way methods of helping the user to manage these challenges and food strategies of the Lord God.

Make it simple and easy to recognize the right foods, and how to make use of these foods in appropriate quantities, and for this the framework of the food principle has been developed.

In the table are positioned seven horizontal columns strategically divided based on the main types of food shown through figures with illustrative colors. The disposition of these foods is also related through a food ladder offering the best understanding in the daily food construction proposed with this model. At the base of the food ladder is the best food guide proposed in this building to feed the Lord Jesus.
